Where do you deliver?
We're starting in Ballard, and we will add more as we grow. Enter your address in the header to find out if we deliver to you. Or tell us where we should go next.
How much is delivery?
One flat delivery fee, the same for everyone. Our founders price is $9.99. There are no service fees and no hidden fees, and you see the full total before you pay.
Do I need to tip?
No. There's no tip line at checkout. Our drivers are hourly employees, paid for all of their work time and reimbursed for mileage.
Who delivers my food?
Yaku drivers. They're our employees, not gig contractors, and they deliver in the neighborhoods they know.
How do I track my order?
After you order, your confirmation page shows where your order is, from the kitchen to your door.
Something is wrong with my order. What do I do?
Contact us using the details at the top of this page and include your order number. A real person will help you sort it out.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as you can. Once the restaurant starts cooking, we may not be able to cancel it.
My favorite restaurant isn't on Yaku. Can you add it?
